1)Hexagon long sleeve

The hexagonal long sleeve is three times deeper than the standard sleeve and is one of the most commonly used modified sleeves in automotive maintenance work.

2)Pneumatic sleeve

The pneumatic sleeve is specially used with a pneumatic impact wrench.If an ordinary sleeve is used,the pneumatic impact wrench will produce a momentary strong impact during operation,which may damage the sleeve.

4)Hexagonal torx socket

The flower shaped sleeve is specially used to remove the flower shaped bolt head bolt.During disassembly,the flower shaped sleeve can achieve surface contact with this bolt head,and adopts a curved structure,which can reduce the volume while increasing the disassembly torque.

On modern vehicles,the use of rosette head bolts is gradually increasing,often used for door mounting bolts or studs for intake manifolds.

Warm reminder:In the size marking of flower shaped sleeves,the first distinction is between T and E,and then the difference between the size numbers.The flower shaped screwdriver head is referred to as a T-shaped(stigma),while the flower shaped sleeve is referred to as an E-shaped(countersunk)head.

5)Series screwdriver sleeve

The screwdriver sleeve is combined with the matching handle to form a variety of screwdrivers or hexagonal wrenches for removing bolts with special shapes or small screws with excessive torque.

With the development of automotive manufacturing technology,the use of hexagon socket and hexagon socket bolts in automobiles is increasing.The above bolts are used for the headless screws on the drive pulley,the oil drain bolts on the transmission,and the fastening bolts on the shock absorber piston rod.If you want to remove this type of bolt,you must use a special hexagon socket and hexagon socket wrench.
